In process of making his dream come true, Alok laid the first stone of Agora, with a vision to conserve mother nature and save the environment. He chose the medium of tourism to create awareness and change the thought process of people. His passion drives and motivates others to work hard toward the vision and mission of the company. Being a Ph.D. In life science, his knowledge gives true insight to travelers on how the ecosystem works and its importance for human beings.
His charismatic personality is a perfect fit for leading the experiential tours, a strong believer in " अतिथि देवों भावा " he puts all his heart into hospitality, service, and making the experience of the travelers, life-changing.
Through Agora's eco-tourism and his effective communication skills, he is leading a movement on creating more "Responsible Travellers ".
As a founder/director, he makes sure that the company and team, work in a harmonious environment.
Mrs. SEJAL RATHOD

Ambitious, determined & strong women, who believes in moving forward. Agora is her passion as she loves traveling and her home is any place away from her actual home. A hard-working director focuses only on the mission of the company. She takes failure as another stepping stone to progress. Leading a tour is another feather to her as she closely connects with the guests and keeps an eye on the comfort and needs of the guests, making sure that the trip is running smooth and on time.
With a female lead on the trip, the female guests feel more comfortable, and safe and enjoy the trip tension free. She becomes the friend and go-to person for the guest to enhance their experience and make it more memorable.
Being on the field in the trips she has explored and experienced the destinations closely, hence she also opted for showcasing the experience to the world through the digital platform, so that people can connect closely to the vision/mission/concept of Agora.
Mr. PRASHANT KUMAR

Prashant is the poetic young dynamic mind of our team. Agora values his great sense of humour and poetic expressions. He is constantly involved in social work and believes in working towards the betterment of society. He makes certain that the traveller feels connected to himself and the community. He efficiently manages finances, develops products, and handles public relations at Agora.
A nuanced and passionate writer expresses deeply observed thoughts about society through articles and poems. He is very passionate about his societal contributions and currently oversees five business organisations, including AGORA. He is a naturalist who is constantly seeking new perspectives on life and connecting with nature.

Bhagyesh Dubey is a co-founder and CEO of Agora Eco-Toursim. Professional Company Secretary turned Entrepreneur, his love for his land and admiration for the locals inspired him to make the simple and beautiful life of Tribals visible and accessible worldwide!
Apart from being a pro at the management and finance department Mr Bhagyesh is a man of great empathy. From humour to numbers, his decade-old business journey reflects itself in his sharp wits and eye for balance and betterment. With carefully planned every step, he stands with our guests for an exclusive and safe journey and the teammates for eternal support.
