Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel, please notify us as per the mentioned schedule –
- 15 days before the Trip – 100% of total charges
- 11 to 14 days before the Trip – 75% of total charges
- 8 to 10 days before the Trip – 50% of total charges
4 to 7 days before the Trip – 25% of total charges - 1 to 3 days before the Trip – No refund
Non-Refundable:
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event or tour are non-refundable. No-shows are also non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 1 month prior to the scheduled event or tour. We’ll do our best to accommodate you on another date or time, subject to availability.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Inclement Weather / Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances causing a cancellation of the event or tour from our side, you will be provided with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Changes in Policy:
Agora Ecotourism Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. We advise our customers to review this policy periodically for any updates.
